Theo công bố thông tin, ngày 21/11, bà Trần Thị Thu Hương, vợ ông Nguyễn Khải Hoàn - Chủ tịch CTCP Khải Hoàn Land (HOSE: KHG), đã bị bán giải chấp hơn 3.5 triệu cp KHG.

Sau giao dịch, lượng cổ phiếu bà Hương nắm giữ giảm xuống còn hơn 57 triệu cp, tương ứng tỷ lệ 12.88%. Tổng tỷ lệ cổ phiếu bà Hương và người có liên quan nắm giữ giảm xuống còn 44.76%.

Bà Hương cho biết đợt bán giải chấp này diễn ra do công ty chứng khoán cắt tỷ lệ margin đột ngột và không hề thông báo theo quy định của hợp đồng vay cá nhân. Công ty chứng khoán đã tự ý bán cổ phiếu ngay mà không thông báo về thời gian bán cũng như không cho bà Hương thời gian bổ sung tài sản đảm bảo.

Sau khi nhận được tin nhắn báo tài khoản đang bị bán, bà Hương đã liên hệ với công ty chứng khoán và chủ động nộp tiền bổ sung để ngưng việc bán giải chấp trong ngày.

Trước đó, CTCP Chứng Khoán Mirae Asset (Việt Nam) thông báo bán giải chấp 4.8 triệu cp KHG của bà Hương kể từ ngày 21/11 đến khi đảm bảo đủ tỷ lệ theo quy định về giao dịch ký quỹ.

Việc bán giải chấp có thể không được thực hiện theo quyết định của MAS (HN:MAS) nếu giá thị trường của tài sản đảm bảo thay đổi (theo chiều hướng tăng) hoặc chủ tài khoản bổ sung tài sản đảm bảo đủ tỷ lệ theo quy định về giao dịch ký quỹ. 

Từ giữa tháng 8 đến nay, cổ phiếu KHG liên tục giảm giá. Tới phiên 22/11, giá cổ phiếu ở mức 4,790 đồng/cp, giảm hơn 50% so với phiên có thị giá cao nhất trong tháng 8 (11/08). So với đầu năm, mã này đã mất 67% thị giá.
