Kết thúc năm 2022, VTA mới hoàn thành được 81% chỉ tiêu doanh thu trong khi "vỡ kế hoạch" lợi nhuận. CTCP Vitaly (Mã VTA - UPCoM) công bó kết quả kinh doanh quý 4/2022 với doanh thu đạt 60,4 tỷ đồng - giảm hơn 13% so với cùng kỳ năm 2021.

Trong kỳ, giá vốn bán hàng tăng vượt doanh thu khiến công ty lỗ gộp 3,25 tỷ đồng trong khi cùng kỳ lãi 3,6 tỷ.

Trong khi chi phí tài chính tăng gần gấp đôi lên 1,16 tỷ đồng thì chi phí bán hàng và chi phí quản lý doanh nghiệp giảm đáng kể so với cùng kỳ năm trước còn 2,7 tỷ và 1,7 tỷ (giảm lần lượt 30% và 23%).

Được biết năm 2022 công ty đặt kế hoạch kinh doanh với 350 tỷ đồng doanh thu và 10,2 tỷ đồng lợi nhuận ròng. Như vậy, VTA mới hoàn thành được 81% chỉ tiêu doanh thu trong khi vỡ kế hoạch lợi nhuận.

Tại thời điểm cuối năm 2022, tổng tài sản của công ty ghi nhận mức 215 tỷ đồng trong đó có tới 123 tỷ là hàng tồn kho (trích lập dự phòng giảm giá 6 tỷ đồng); nợ phải trả tăng 24% so với đầu kỳ lên 147 tỷ. Trong số này, nợ ngắn hạn chiến tới 99%.

VTA hiện đang có khoản nợ vay tài chính 52 tỷ đồng bao gồm 31,5 tỷ đồng tại BIDV (HM:BID) và gần 20,6 tỷ đồng tại Tổng Công ty Vật liệu xây dựng số 1. Các khoản vay này được đảm bảo bằng quyền sử dụng đất, máy móc sản xuất của công ty.
