Trụ sở công ty được đặt tại khu đô thị Vinhomes (HM:VHM) Riverside, Long Biên, Hà Nội.

Ngành nghề kinh doanh chính của VinMedtech là đầu tư, kinh doanh trong lĩnh vực y học công nghệ cao. Vốn điều lệ của VinMedtech dự kiến là 300 tỷ đồng, trong đó, Vingroup góp 99%.

Được biết, VIC hiện sở hữu một số công ty trong lĩnh vực y học như CTCP Genestory (nghiên cứu khoa học), CTCP Công nghệ Sinh học Vinbiocare (sản xuất thuốc, hóa dược và dược liệu), CTCP Bệnh viện da khoa quốc tế Vinmec (dịch vụ bệnh viện).

Trên thị trường chứng khoán, cổ phiếu VIC ghi nhận 4 phiên giảm liên tiếp về mức 61.600 đồng/cp sau khi tăng trần vào ngày 7/12 - ngày công bố Vinfast nộp hồ sơ niêm yết tại sàn chứng khoán lớn nhất của Mỹ.
