Trong số đó TVSI thông báo bán giải chấp 6 triệu cổ phiếu PDR (HM:PDR) của Phát Đạt Holdings và 5,6 triệu cổ phiếu của ông Nguyễn Văn Đạt. CTCP Chứng khoán Tân Việt (TVSI) thông báo bán giải chấp cổ phiếu PDR của Công ty TNHH Phát Đạt Holdings. Theo đó TVSI sẽ bán giải chấp 6 triệu cổ phiếu PDR từ ngày 23/11/2022 đến khi đủ tỷ lệ ký quỹ theo quy định.

Cùng với việc thông báo bán giải chấp cổ phiếu PDR thuộc tài khoản của Phát Đạt Holdings, thì TVSI cũng thông báo bán giải châos 5.644.236 cổ phiếu PDR của ông Nguyễn Văn Đạt, chủ tịch HĐQT của Phát Đạt. Giao dịch thực hiện từ 23/11 đến khi đủ tỷ lệ ký quỹ theo quy định.

Làn sóng bán giải chấp cổ phiếu PDR vẫn chưa dừng lại. Rất nhiều công ty chứng khoán đã có thông báo bán giải chấp cổ phiếu PDR khi cổ phiếu này vẫn đang tiếp diễn chuỗi nằm sàn. Bên cạnh đó, “cái khó” của các lệnh bán giải chấp thời gian gần đây là hầu như chưa khớp lệnh. Nguyên nhân chính bởi số lệnh dư bán sàn của PDR luôn “chất đống”, trắng bên mua.

Mở cửa phiên giao dịch sáng nay 24/11, mới 9h30ph sáng đã có hơn 107 triệu cổ phiếu chất bán sàn còn “dư”, trong khi đó số cổ phiếu được khớp lệnh chưa đến trăm nghìn.

Cũng trong ngày hôm qua Chứng khoán Mirae Asset thông báo sẽ bán giải chấp 9,8 triệu cổ phiếu PDR của ông Nguyễn Văn Đạt. Thời điểm dự kiến bán giải chấp là kể từ ngày 23/11/2022 đến khi đảm bảo đủ tỷ lệ theo quy định về giao dịch ký quỹ.

Trước đó, các công ty chứng khoán như VCBS, TVSI, MBS cũng đã thông báo bán giải chấp cổ phiếu phát PDR của Chủ tịch HĐQT Phát Đạt, ông Nguyễn Văn Đạt.

Thống kê cho thấy phiên giao dịch hôm qua 23/11 toàn thị trường có 618 lênh mua cổ phiếu PDR với tổng khối lượng 787.100 cổ phiếu. Trong khi đó có 678 lệnh đặt bán với tổng khối lượng đặt bán đạt 169,8 triệu cổ phiếu. Chênh khối lượng đặt mua/bán đến 169 triệu cổ phiếu.

Trong khi đó phiên 22/11 – phiên được dự báo có dòng tiền lớn đổ vào thị trường “cứu” NVL (HM:NVL) và PDR, thì có đến gần 15.300 lệnh đặt mua với tổng khối lượng 34,9 triệu đơn vị. Trong khi đó số lệnh đặt bán chỉ 1.634 lệnh với tổng khối lượng hơn 259,3 triệu đơn vị. Chênh khối lượng đặt mua/bán đến hơn 224 triệu cổ phiếu.
