Tổng số tiền thuế doanh nghiệp này bị xử lý là 1,2 tỷ đồng Cục Thuế TP. HCM vừa ra quyết định xử phạt vi phạm hành chính đối với CTCP Masan (HM:MSN) MEATLife (Mã MML - UPCoM) do hành vi khai sai dẫn đến thiếu số thuế phải nộp và tăng số tiền lỗ nhưng không dẫn đến thiếu số thuế phải nộp.

Theo đó, MML bị xử phạt hành chính số tiền 145 triệu đồng do hành vi khai sai dẫn đến thiếu số tiền thuế thu nhập cá nhân phải nộp.

Bên cạnh đó, công ty bị truy thu 725,7 triệu đồng tiền thuế thu nhập cá nhân; 234,3 triệu đồng tiền chậm nộp thuế thu nhập cá nhân; 94,7 triệu đồng tiền thuế chậm nộp còn phải nộp.

Tổng số tiền thuế bị xử lý là 1,2 tỷ đồng.

Ngược lại, MML được miễn tiền chậm nộp thuế số tiền gần 140 triệu đồng và giảm lỗ 39,2 tỷ đồng.

Cũng tại TP. HCM, Cục Thuế thành phố mới đây cũng đã ra quyết định xử phạt thuế đối với CTCP Tân Phú Việt Nam (Mã TPP - HNX) số tiền 391 triệu đồng; Ngân hàng TMCP Việt Nam Thương Tín - VietBank (Mã VBB - UPCoM) gần 98 triệu đồng và CTCP Kỹ thuật và Ô tô Trường Long (Mã HTL - HOSE) số tiền 341 triệu đồng.

Về phía Masan MEATLife, 9 tháng năm 2022, công ty đạt tổng doanh thu 3.240 tỷ đồng - bằng 1/5 cùng kỳ; lỗ sau thuế 63 tỷ đồng trong khi cùng kỳ lãi gần 379 tỷ.
