Trong tháng 12, Viettel Construction (CTR) ghi nhận doanh thu đạt khoảng 820 tỷ đồng, lãi trước thuế 43 tỷ đồng. Tổng CTCP Công trình Viettel (HM:CTR) - Viettel Construction (Mã: CTR) vừa công bố ước tính kết quả kinh doanh năm 2022 với doanh thu và lợi nhuận đều tăng.

Cụ thể, CTR ước doanh thu đạt 9.398 tỷ đồng, tăng 26% so với năm 2021, tương đương 109% kế hoạch năm. Lợi nhuận trước thuế hơn 556 tỷ đồng, tăng 18% và vượt 8% chỉ tiêu cả năm.

Trong cơ cấu doanh thu CTR, mảng vận hành khai thác đóng góp nhiều nhất (chiếm 56%) với gần 5.214 tỷ đồng, tăng xấp xỉ 18% so với năm 2021. Mảng xây lắp mang về 2.626 tỷ, tăng 70% và chiếm tỷ lệ 28% tổng doanh thu. Mảng dịch vụ kỹ thuật và hạ tầng cho thuê cũng đồng loạt ghi nhận doanh thu tăng trưởng so với cùng kỳ. Ngược lại, doanh thu của mảng giải pháp tích hợp giảm 15% xuống 910 tỷ đồng và đóng góp 10% vào doanh thu năm 2022 của Viettel Construction.

Tính riêng quý 4/2022, CTR ghi nhận doanh thu khoảng 2.568 tỷ, tăng 29% so với cùng kỳ; song lãi trước thuế giảm 3% về 156 tỷ đồng. Trong đó, doanh thu tháng 12 của Viettel Construction khoảng 820 tỷ đồng, lãi trước thuế 43 tỷ.

Tính đến cuối năm 2022, Viettel Construction sở hữu và cho thuê 4.286 trạm BTS, 1,87 triệu m2 DAS, 16,874 MWp năng lượng mặt trời. Lũy kế nguồn việc B2B (Business to Business) năm qua đạt 1.900 tỷ đồng, các dự án tiêu biểu như Louis City (giá trị hợp đồng 854,1 tỷ), Tuta Bắc Giang (294 tỷ), Gem Sky World (215 tỷ),... Đối với nguồn việc B2C (Business to Customer), công ty đã ký 1.316 hợp đồng xây dựng nhà ở riêng lẻ, giá trị nguồn việc đem lại 1.353 tỷ đồng.
