Chỉ trong 2 tháng trở lại đây, Bất động sản FLCHomes đã bị Cục thuế Thành phố Hà Nội “gọi tên” đến 3 lần. Mới đây, Cục thuế TP. Hà Nội đã ra 8 quyết định cưỡng chế thuế với CTCP Đầu tư Kinh doanh Phát triển Bất động sản FLCHomes. Theo đó, tổng số tiền mà FLCHomes phải nộp là 11,73 tỷ đồng.

Đáng chú ý, đây là lần thứ 3 doanh nghiệp bị Cục thuế Hà Nội “gõ đầu” chỉ trong 2 tháng gần đây.

Cụ thể, ngày 17/10, cơ quan này đã có quyết định cưỡng chế bằng biện pháp ngừng sử dụng hóa đơn đối với FLCHomes do có số tiền quá hạn nộp. Số tiền bị cưỡng chế lên đến 11,45 tỷ đồng.

Đến ngày 24/11, Cục thuế Hà Nội tiếp tục áp dụng đồng thời biện pháp cưỡng chế thuế bằng hình thức trích tiền từ khoản. Cụ thể, trong trường hợp FLCHomes không chấp hành việc nộp tiền thuế còn nợ vào tài khoản nhà nước, cơ quan thuế sẽ áp dụng đồng thời biện pháp trích tiền từ tài khoản và ngừng sử dụng hóa đơn.

Về hoạt động của doanh nghiệp, ngày 20/10 vừa qua, FLCHomes đã ký hợp đồng về việc mua bán công trình xây dựng gắn liền với quyền sử dụng đất tại địa chỉ số 265 Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội với CTCP Gateway Hà Nội (Gateway Hà Nội). Giá bán công trình xây dựng là 2.000 tỷ đồng (đã bao gồm thuế giá trị gia tăng và không bao gồm giá trị của phần diện tích đã bán).

Tòa tháp tại địa chỉ 265 Cầu Giấy do CTCP Tập đoàn FLC (HM:FLC) làm chủ đầu tư với tổng diện tích mặt sàn hơn 100.000 m2, quy mô 4 tầng hầm và 38 tầng nổi, được khai trương vào năm 2019. Đến tháng 11/2020, FLC đã dùng tòa nhà này để cấn trừ toàn bộ nghĩa vụ trả nợ của mình và một số công ty cùng nhóm với OCB. Sau đó, FLC đã thuê lại một phần diện tích tòa nhà này từ OCB để phục vụ hoạt động kinh doanh.
