Tổng công ty Cảng hàng không Việt Nam cho hay đã hoàn thành công tác thiết kế và đang lựa chọn nhà thầu cho gói thầu phần thân nhà ga hành khách Cảng hàng không quốc tế Long Thành. Dự kiến khởi công vào cuối tháng 12.2022.

Ngày 22.11, Tổng công ty Cảng hàng không Việt Nam (ACV (HN:ACV), chủ đầu tư dự án thành phần 3, dự án Cảng hàng không quốc tế Long Thành giai đoạn 1) cho biết, hiện tại trên đại công trường sân bay Long Thành có 1.574 máy móc cùng 1.849 nhân sự đang thi công gói thầu san nền, thoát nước.

ACV cho biết thêm đơn vị này sẽ tiếp tục huy động thêm máy móc nhân sự để triển khai mục tiêu đào đắp 500.000m³/ngày.

Các đơn vị thi công đang tập trung triển khai các khu vực đường cất hạ cánh, đường lăn, sân đỗ máy bay và các khu vực bố trí các dự án thành phần 1, 2, 4 (thuộc giai đoạn 1 dự án sân bay Long Thành), để đảm bảo khởi công đồng bộ các hạng mục vào quý 4/2022.

Đối với gói thầu phần thân nhà ga hành khách, ACV cho hay đã hoàn thành công tác thiết kế và đang lựa chọn nhà thầu (lễ đóng thầu tổ chức vào ngày 23.11) sau đó sẽ đẩy nhanh đánh giá hồ sơ dự thầu, lựa chọn nhà thầu để khởi công vào cuối tháng 12.2022.

Các gói thầu khác gồm đường cất hạ cánh, đường lăn đã hoàn thành công tác thiết kế, đang trong quá trình thẩm định của cơ quan chức năng.

Để đảm bảo phương án thi công cao điểm mùa khô (từ tháng 11.2022 đến 6.2023) được thuận lợi, ACV kiến nghị UBND tỉnh Đồng Nai tiếp tục hoàn thành công tác giải phóng mặt bằng trong tháng 11.2022 và đóng hoàn toàn Hương lộ 10 (đoạn thuộc dự án sân bay Long Thành) để không cản trở thi công cũng như đảm bảo an toàn.
