Động thái TVC mua lại trái phiếu diễn ra trong bối cảnh Chủ tịch HĐQT Phạm Thanh Tùng bị khởi tố về tội thao túng thị trường chứng khoán. CTCP Tập đoàn Quản lý Tài sản Trí Việt (TVC) vừa báo cáo đã tiến hành mua lại 34,17 tỷ đồng trong số 81,57 tỷ đồng đang lưu hành của lô trái phiếu TCORP8 trong 1 ngày 8/12 và 9/12.

Lô trái phiếu này được phát hành vào ngày 9/12/2020 và dự kiến đáo hạn ngày 9/12/2023 với tổng mệnh giá 81,57 tỷ đồng.

Động thái TVC mua lại trái phiếu diễn ra trong bối cảnh Công ty có nhiều biến động liên quan đến nhân sự, đáng chú ý nhất là việc Chủ tịch HĐQT Phạm Thanh Tùng bị khởi tố vì tội thao túng thị trường chứng khoán.

Cụ thể, ngày 9/12 vừa qua, Viện Kiểm sát nhân dân Tối cao đã ra Quyết định khởi tố bị can đối với ông Tùng về tội Thao túng thị trường chứng khoán căn cứ theo Quyết định khởi tố vụ án xảy ra tại CTCP Louis Holdings, CTCP Louis Capital, Công ty cổ phần Louis Land, CTCP Chứng khoán Trí Việt ngày 20/4.

TVC khẳng định vụ việc nêu trên không tác động hay làm thay đổi các định hướng kinh doanh, đồng thời không ảnh hưởng tới quyền, lợi ích hợp pháp của cổ đông và khách hàng đang có giao dịch với công ty.

Ở một diễn biến liên quan, ông Bùi Minh Tuấn, Ủy viên HĐQT khẳng định không liên quan đến việc thao túng giá cổ phiếu TGG (HM:TGG), BII. Đồng thời, vị lãnh đạo này đăng ký mua vào 2 triệu cổ phiếu TVC nhằm từ ngày 19/12/2022 đến ngày 17/1/2023.

Nếu giao dịch thành công, tỷ lệ sở hữu của ông Tuấn tại TVC sẽ được nâng lên 0,53% vốn điều lệ, tương đương 2,63 triệu cổ phiếu.

Phiên sáng nay (19/12), cổ phiếu TVC bất ngờ đảo chiều tăng mạnh sau chuỗi giảm điểm. Tại 10h33p sáng, TVC tăng 6,4% lên mức 5.000 đồng/cp.
