CTCP Phát triển Đô thị (Mã HN:UDJ - UPCoM) công bố kết quả kinh doanh quý 4 và cả năm 2022 với việc không ghi nhận quá nhiều đột biến. Trong quý 4, UDJ đạt doanh thu 20,7 tỷ đồng - tăng 11% so với cùng kỳ; lợi nhuận gộp ở mức 10,2 tỷ. Ngoại trừ chi phí quản lý doanh nghiệp tăng gần 70% so với cùng kỳ lên mức 1,7 tỷ, các chi phí khác gần như không đáng kể.

Sau cùng, công ty báo lợi nhuận sau thuế hơn 6,9 tỷ đồng trong khi cùng kỳ lãi ròng 8,6 tỷ.

Phía UDJ cho biết, doanh thu quý 4/2022 tăng đến từ việc bàn giao nhà nhiều hơn so với cùng kỳ. Tuy nhiên, lợi nhuận sau thuế giảm 19% YoY do trong kỳ công ty không được giảm thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp 30% như kỳ trước. Cụ thể, UDJ phải chịu thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp hiện hành 1,6 tỷ đồng trong khi cùng kỳ được miễn 0,5 tỷ.

Lũy kế năm 2022, Phát triển Đô thị thu về 86,6 tỷ đòng doanh thu - giảm 21% YoY và là mức thực hiện thấp nhất kể từ năm 2017; lợi nhuận trước thuế ở mức 38,9 tỷ; lãi sau thuế hợp nhất đạt gần 31,2 tỷ đồng - đi ngang so với cùng kỳ; biên lãi ròng cả năm đạt 36%.

Năm 2022, công ty đặt kế hoạch kinh doanh với doanh thu 105 tỷ đồng và lãi trước thuế hơn 28 tỷ. Như vậy đến cuối năm, công ty chưa thể hoàn thành kế hoạch doanh thu song đã vượt sâu 38% chỉ tiêu lợi nhuận.

Tính đến 31/12/2022, tổng tài sản của UDJ đạt 550 tỷ đồng trong đó có tới 380 tỷ (tỷ lệ 69%) là hàng tồn kho; nợ phải trả giảm về mức 305 tỷ đồng trong đó gần 96% là nợ ngắn hạn.

Trên thị trường chứng khoán, cổ phiếu UDJ hiện giao dịch tại mức 9.200 đồng - đi ngang kể từ đầu tháng 12/2022 tới nay song đã giảm gần nửa thị giá so với thời điểm đầu tháng 4/2022 thị trường chứng khoán bắt đầu lao dốc; khối lượng giao dịch trung bình 10 phiên đạt hơn 9.200 đơn vị/phiên.
