Theo công bố thông tin, Chủ tịch HĐQT Tổng Công ty Phát triển Đô thị Kinh Bắc (HOSE: HM:KBC) ông Đặng Thành Tâm đã hoàn tất mua vào 25 triệu cp KBC, qua đó tăng tỷ lệ sở hữu cá nhân tại Công ty từ 14.81% lên 18.06%.

Giao dịch diễn ra trong thời gian từ ngày 15/11-13/12/2022 và toàn bộ số cổ phiếu được được giao dịch khớp lệnh. Chiếu theo trung bình giá đóng cửa các phiên trong thời gian giao dịch, ước tính ông Tâm đã chi gần 486 tỷ đồng cho số cổ phiếu vừa mua.

Chủ tịch KBC “mạnh tay” gom cổ phiếu trong bối cảnh giá cổ phiếu KBC trên thị trường bắt đầu có dấu hiệu hồi phục vào giữa tháng 11 sau khi tạo đáy thấp nhất trong 2 năm trở lại đây. Theo dữ liệu giao dịch, giá cổ phiếu KBC đã tăng gần 51% trong thời gian ông Tâm giao dịch.

Vay 150 tỷ đồng công ty con

Trong 2 ngày 13-14/12, HĐQT KBC đã thông qua 2 Nghị quyết liên quan đến việc vay vốn của 2 công ty con là CTCP Khu công nghiệp Sài Gòn - Hải Phòng và CTCP Khu công nghiệp Sài Gòn - Bắc Giang.

Cụ thể, đối với CTCP Khu công nghiệp Sài Gòn - Hải Phòng, KBC sẽ bảo lãnh cho khoản vay 320 tỷ đồng của công ty này tại Ngân hàng TMCP Công thương Việt Nam (HM:CTG) - chi nhánh Ngô Quyền. Mục đích khoản vay nhằm thanh toán các khoản chi phí đầu tư của dự án Đầu tư nhà xưởng tại KCN Quế Võ và KCN Quế Võ mở rộng nhằm cho thuê/bán thương mại. Thời hạn bảo lãnh tính từ ngày 15/12/2022 đến khi CTCP Khu công nghiệp Sài Gòn - Hải Phòng hoàn tất nghĩa vụ thanh toán nợ cho phía ngân hàng.

Còn với CTCP Khu công nghiệp Sài Gòn - Bắc Giang, KBC sẽ vay tín chấp từ công ty này số tiền 150 tỷ đồng trong thời hạn 2 năm nhằm phục vụ hoạt động sản xuất, kinh doanh. Lãi suất cho vay sẽ theo thỏa thuận giữa 2 bên, tiền lãi sẽ được thanh toán 1 lần khi tất toán các khoản vay.
