Theo Tổng cục Hải quan, trong nửa đầu tháng 11, nhập khẩu xăng dầu thành phẩm tăng mạnh so với nửa cuối tháng 10 trước đó, đặc biệt là mặt hàng xăng. Nhiều doanh nghiệp cho biết đã đảm bảo đủ nguồn cung cho hệ thống phân phối, bán lẻ trên cả nước trong thời gian tới.

Cụ thể, trong nửa đầu tháng 11, cả nước nhập khẩu 380.877 tấn xăng dầu các loại (gồm xăng, mazut, diesel, nhiên liệu bay), với kim ngạch đạt hơn 360 triệu USD. So với nửa cuối tháng 10/2022, lượng xăng dầu nhập khẩu tăng gần 22%, tương đương tăng 68.202 tấn.

Đáng chú ý, riêng mặt hàng xăng có lượng nhập khẩu đạt 177.970 tấn (gấp 3 lần so với nửa cuối tháng 10); kim ngạch hơn 157 triệu USD (gấn 3,3 lần).

Tính chung từ đầu năm đến ngày 15/11, cả nước đã nhập khẩu hơn 7,5 triệu tấn xăng dầu các loại (tăng 24% về lượng so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái, tương đương tăng gần 1,5 triệu tấn), với kim ngạch 7,8 tỷ USD (tăng gần 122%). Riêng mặt hàng xăng đạt gần 1,6 triệu tấn (tăng 128%), với giá trị 1,7 tỷ USD.

Để đảm bảo nguồn cung xăng dầu năm 2023, mới đây Bộ Công Thương đã đưa ra 2 kịch bản phân giao tổng nguồn xăng dầu tối thiểu

Các thị trường nhập khẩu xăng dầu chủ yếu của Việt Nam đều tập trung ở châu Á như Hàn Quốc, Malaysia, Singapore, Thái Lan, Trung Quốc…

Theo đại diện Tập đoàn Xăng dầu Việt Nam (HM:PLX), trong tháng 11, đơn vị này đã nhập khẩu, mua hơn 1,2 triệu m3, đảm bảo đủ nguồn cho hệ thống phân phối, bán lẻ của tập đoàn trên cả nước.

Để đảm bảo nguồn cung xăng dầu trong nước, quý IV năm nay, Bộ Công Thương đã phân giao tổng nguồn cung xăng dầu tối thiểu là 5,5 triệu m3 cho 36 doanh nghiệp đầu mối kinh doanh xăng dầu.

Ngoài ra, Bộ này đã đưa ra 2 kịch bản dự kiến về phân giao tổng nguồn xăng dầu tối thiểu trong năm 2023. Theo đó, kịch bản 1, mức phân giao tăng trưởng 10% so với năm 2022 tương đương 25,9 triệu m3, tấn; kịch bản 2 mức phân giao tăng trưởng 15%, tương đương 26,76 triệu m3, tấn.

Bộ Tài chính cũng điều chỉnh tăng chi phí đưa xăng dầu từ nước ngoài về cảng Việt Nam với mức 60 - 660 đồng/lít, kg tùy theo từng mặt hàng để tính giá cơ sở xăng dầu đối với nguồn xăng dầu nhập khẩu.
