Thời gian phát hành dự kiến trong tháng 12/2022 đến tháng 1/2023 (tùy thuộc điều kiện thị trường thuận lợi). Ngân hàng TMCP Đầu tư và Phát triển Việt Nam (BIDV (HM:BID), mã chứng khoán: BID) vừa có thông báo chào bán trái phiếu ra công chúng đợt 2 theo phương thức phân phối trực tiếp thông qua chi nhánh, phòng giao dịch hoặc trụ sở chính của Ngân hàng.

Cụ thể, BIDV sẽ chào bán 2.500 tỷ đồng trái phiếu kỳ hạn 7 năm, 1.000 tỷ đồng trái phiếu kỳ hạn 8 năm và 500 tỷ đồng trái phiếu kỳ hạn 10 năm. Thời gian phát hành dự kiến trong tháng 12/2022 đến tháng 1/2023 (tùy thuộc điều kiện thị trường thuận lợi).

Trái phiếu kỳ hạn 7 năm có quyền mua lại sau 2 năm; kỳ hạn 8 năm có quyền mua lại sau 3 năm; kỳ hạn 10 năm có quyền mua lại sau 5 năm.

Theo đó, đây là loại trái phiếu không chuyển đổi, không kèm chứng quyền, không có tài sản bảo đảm, có mệnh giá 100.000 đồng/trái phiếu.

Lãi suất áp dụng cho trái phiếu là lãi suất thả nổi, được tính bằng lãi suất tham chiếu (trung bình cộng lãi suất tiền gửi tiết kiệm cá nhân bằng Đồng Việt Nam, trả sau áp dụng cho kỳ hạn 12 tháng hoặc tương đương của 4 ngân hàng Agribank, VietinBank, Vietcombank (HM:VCB) và BIDV) cộng biên độ 1,3%/năm với kỳ hạn 7 năm, cộng biên độ 1,4%/năm kỳ hạn 8 năm và 1,5%/năm kỳ hạn 10 năm.

Lãi suất tham chiếu điều chỉnh 1 năm/lần, kỳ tính lãi trái phiếu là 1 năm/lần kể từ ngày phát hành trái phiếu.

Trong trường hợp BIDV không mua lại trái phiếu kỳ hạn 7 năm, lãi suất trái phiếu trong 2 năm cuối bằng lãi suất tham chiếu cộng thêm 3,8%/năm.

Đối với trái phiếu kỳ hạn 8 năm, lãi suất trái phiếu trong 3 năm cuối bằng lãi suất tham chiếu cộng thêm 3,07%/ năm. Còn trái phiếu có kỳ hạn 10 năm, lãi suất trái phiếu trong 5 năm cuối bằng lãi suất tham chiếu cộng thêm 2,5%/năm.

Được biết, BIDV sẽ sử dụng số tiền thu được từ phát hành trái phiếu ra công chúng đợt 2 năm 2021 để tăng quy mô vốn hoạt động của ngân hàng và thực hiện cho vay nền kinh tế đối với lĩnh vực sản xuất, phân phối điện, khí đốt, sản xuất điện năng khác (2.000 tỷ đồng), công nghiệp, thương mại công nghiệp (500 tỷ đồng) và lĩnh vực khác (1.500 tỷ đồng).
