Hồi tháng 6/2022, Nam Long (NLG (HM:NLG)) đã phát hành cho IFC lô trái phiếu NLGH2229001 có mệnh giá 500 tỷ đồng với mức lãi suất mức 9,35%. Ngày 13/12 vừa qua, CTCP Đầu tư Nam Long (NLG) đã phát hành thành công lô trái phiếu NLGH2229002 với tổng mệnh giá 500 tỷ đồng cho Tổ chức Tài chính Quốc tế (IFC).

Lô trái phiếu có kỳ hạn tối đa 7 năm, đáo hạn ngày 28/3/2029. Đây là loại trái phiếu không chuyển đổi, không kèm chứng quyền và có bảo đảm bằng tài sản là cổ phiếu của Nam Long tại công ty con (CTCP Nam Long VCD, 1.850 tỷ đồng tương ứng với 51% giá trị thị trường) và công ty liên doanh (Công ty CP NNH Mizuki, 1.501 tỷ đồng tương ứng 50% giá trị thị trường).

Trái phiếu có lãi suất 12,94%/năm, được tính toán bằng tổng của lãi suất cơ bản cố định tính theo VND (HM:VND) cộng biên độ 3,5%/năm. Mục đích phát hành trái phiếu nhằm thực hiện dự án Waterpoint giai đoạn 2 (bằng hình thức góp vốn vào công ty con Nam Long VCD).

Trước đó vào tháng 6, Nam Long phát hành cho IFC lô trái phiếu NLGH2229001 có mệnh giá 500 tỷ đồng với mức lãi suất mức 9,35%.

Đáng chú ý, Nam Long là công ty bất động sản duy nhất phát hành trái phiếu trong gần hai tháng trở lại đây.

Tại ngày 30/9/2022, NLG ghi nhận tổng nợ phải trả của NLG là 12.604 tỷ đồng, tăng 24,9% so với đầu năm. Trong đó, nợ trái phiếu ở mức 2.517 tỷ đồng. Sau đợt phát hành, con số này được nâng lên trên mức 3.000 tỷ đồng. Khoản nợ 450 tỷ đồng trái phiếu sẽ đáo hạn trong tháng 6/2023 tới đây.
