Trong thời gian từ 14-19/12/2022, Công ty TNHH MTV Đầu tư GEX đã bán xong 80 triệu cp của CTCP Tập đoàn GELEX (HOSE: GEX) đăng ký trước đó, theo phương thức khớp lệnh và thỏa thuận.

Sau giao dịch, Đầu tư GEX giảm tỷ lệ sở hữu tại GEX từ 13.3% (gần 113.3 triệu cp) xuống còn 3.91% (33.27 triệu cp).

Trong thời gian Đầu tư GEX thực hiện giao dịch, cổ phiếu GEX ghi nhận hơn 66 triệu cp được giao dịch thỏa thuận trong 3 ngày từ 14-16/12, với tổng giá trị hơn 1,012 tỷ đồng, bình quân 15,000 đồng/cp. Tạm tính theo giá 15,000 đồng/cp, Đầu tư GEX đã thu về khoảng 1,200 tỷ đồng.

Giá cổ phiếu GEX trong xu hướng lao dốc từ đầu năm. Trong thời gian Đầu tư GEX giảm tỷ lệ sở hữu, giá cổ phiếu GEX trong xu hướng hồi phục. Phiên sáng 20/12, cổ phiếu GEX đang được giao dịch quanh vùng giá 15,400 đồng/cp, giảm 61% so với đầu năm. Thanh khoản bình quân trên 13 triệu cp/ngày.

Về mối quan hệ, người sở hữu phần vốn chi phối tại Đầu tư GEX là mẹ ruột ông Nguyễn Văn Tuấn - Thành viên HĐQT và là Tổng Giám đốc GEX. Ông Tuấn hiện đang nắm hơn 202 triệu cp GEX, tương đương 23.76% tổng số cổ phiếu GEX đang lưu hành. 

Sau giao dịch trên, số lượng và tỷ lệ cổ phiếu nắm giữ của người giao dịch và người có liên quan còn hơn 276 triệu cp, tương đương 32.5% tổng số cổ phiếu GEX đang lưu hành.
