Tại phiên giao dịch sáng 20/12/2022, có hơn 26.6 triệu cp của CTCP Phát triển Điện lực Việt Nam (HOSE: VPD) được khối ngoại mua vào theo hình thức thỏa thuận.

VPD đang lưu hành gần 106.6 triệu cp. Như vậy, số cổ phần mà khối ngoại nắm giữ của VPD sau phiên giao dịch này lên tới gần 25%.

Trước đó, CTCP Đầu tư Xây dựng Tuấn Lộc đăng ký thoái toàn bộ vốn tại VPD với lý do cơ cấu tài chính trong giai đoạn từ 12/12/2022-06/01/2023. Số cổ phiếu đăng ký bán gần 18.3 triệu cp, tương đương 17.17% vốn điều lệ tại VPD.

Theo tìm hiểu của người viết, hơn 26.6 triệu cp VPD trong sáng 20/12 được chia làm 4 giao dịch thỏa thuận ở mức giá 29,100 đồng/cp, trong đó có 1 giao dịch với số lượng cổ phiếu tương đương lượng bán ra của Tuấn Lộc. Nhiều khả năng đây là số cổ phiếu của doanh nghiệp xây dựng này bán ra. Ước tính, Tuấn Lộc đã thu về gần 540 tỷ đồng sau thương vụ. Hiện tại, chưa rõ doanh nghiệp nào đã đứng ra mua số cổ phần nói trên.

Theo BCTC hợp nhất quý 3/2022, Tuấn Lộc là cổ đông lớn thứ 2 của VPD. Cổ đông lớn nhất là Tổng Công ty phát điện 1 (Genco1) với 390 tỷ đồng vốn góp - tương đương 39 triệu cp và 36% cổ phần. Công đoàn Điện lực Việt Nam nắm 3.24% - tương đương 3.4 triệu cp; Nhiệt điện Phả Lại (HOSE: PPC (HM:PPC)) nắm 10.6% cổ phần, tương đương 11.3 triệu cp.

Về tình hình kinh doanh, quý 3/2022, VPD báo lãi sau thuế tăng 70.5%, chủ yếu do sản lượng điện thương mại tăng cao (hơn 35.47 triệu kWh) khiến doanh thu tăng mạnh gần 33%.

Giá cổ phiếu VPD trên thị trường dường như khác với xu hướng chung khi luôn duy trì được đà tăng. So với đáy ngày 21/01 là 15,400 đồng/cp, thị giá tại phiên chiều 20/12 là 29,200 đồng/cp, tăng 89%.
