Dragon Capital gom cổ phiếu Gelex (GEX (HM:GEX)) đúng vào đỉnh sóng hồi sau khi mã này tăng hơn 40% từ đáy hồi giữa tháng 11. Nhóm Dragon Capital báo cáo tiếp tục mua thêm 3 triệu cổ phiếu GEX của CTCP Tập đoàn Gelex vào ngày 5/12. Trong đó, Grinling International Limited mua vào 2 triệu cổ phiếu và Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited mua vào 1 triệu cổ phiếu.

Đáng chú ý, Dragon Capital gom cổ phiếu GEX đúng vào đỉnh sóng hồi sau khi mã này tăng hơn 40% từ đáy hồi giữa tháng 11.

Tạm chiếu theo giá kết phiên diễn ra giao dịch là 16.200 đồng/cổ phiếu, ước tính nhóm Dragon Capital đã bỏ ra tổng số tiền khoảng 48,6 tỷ đồng để mua vào 3 triệu cổ phiếu GEX. Sau giao dịch, tỷ lệ sở hữu của quỹ ngoại này tại GEX nâng từ 5,68% lên 6,03% vốn điều lệ.

Ngày 29/11, nhóm Dragon Capital cũng đã mua vào 5,1 triệu cổ phiếu GEX. Trong đó, quỹ Amersham Industries Limited mua vào 4,1 triệu cổ phiếu để nâng sở hữu từ 0,83% lên 1,32% vốn điều lệ; và quỹ Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited mua vào 1 triệu cổ phiếu để nâng sở hữu từ 1,77% lên 1,88% vốn điều lệ.

Theo đó, tổng tỷ lệ sở hữu của cả nhóm tăng từ 4,74% lên 5,34% vốn điều lệ và quỹ ngoại này chính thức quay lại ghế cổ đông lớn tại Gelex.

Trước đó, ngày 18/11, nhóm Dragon Capital lại bán ra 5,2 triệu cổ phiếu GEX để giảm sở hữu từ 5,3% về 4,69% vốn điều lệ và không còn là cổ đông lớn.

Trong đó, Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited bán ra 3 triệu cổ phiếu; Amersham Industries Limited bán ra 2 triệu cổ phiếu; và Samsung Vietnam Securities Master Investment Trust (Equity) bán ra 0,2 triệu cổ phiếu.
