Do bị bán giải chấp cả chục triệu cổ phiếu chỉ trong 1 tháng, hiện sở hữu của Tập đoàn Giáo dục Egroup tại Đầu tư Apac Holdings đã giảm về dưới 51%. Theo thông báo, từ ngày 16/12/2022 đến 6/1/2023, CTCP Tập đoàn Giáo dục Egroup đã bị hai công ty chứng khoán là Mirae Asset Việt Nam và Chứng khoán Bảo Việt (HN:BVS) bán giải chấp hơn 13 triệu cổ phiếu IBC của CTCP Đầu tư Apax Holdings (HM:IBC) (sàn HOSE).

Sau giao dịch, lượng sở hữu của Egroup tại Apax Holdings từ gần 49,7 triệu cổ phiếu (tỷ lệ 59,76%) xuống còn gần 36,7 triệu cổ phiếu (tỷ lệ 44,11%).

Như vậy, sau bán giải chấp, Egroup không còn là công ty mẹ tại IBC.

Trên thị trường, sau chuỗi 26 phiên giảm sàn liên tục từ ngày 23/11/2022 (mức 15.500 đồng) đến ngày 28/12/2022 (mức 2.420 đồng) và trong trạng thái mất thanh khoản - dư bán sàn lớn, cổ phiếu IBC bất ngờ nhận được lực cầu bắt đáy mạnh (phiên 29/12) hấp thụ toàn bộ hàng triệu cổ phiếu dư bán sàn và được đẩy trần dù có thời điểm giảm về mức đáy 2.260 đồng/cổ phiếu.

Kết phiên sáng 10/1/2023, cổ phiếu IBC tiếp tục được đẩy lên mức giá trần 4.110 đồng với thanh khoản tạm tính hơn 720.000 đơn vị.

Đáng nói, đây đã là phiên tăng trần thứ 8 liên tiếp của mã kể từ sau phiên "giải cứu" - tương ứng mức tăng gần 82% giá trị.

Mặc dù vậy, so với mức giá tại thời điểm cổ phiếu IBC bắt đầu lao dốc 18.200 đồng (phiên 14/11/2022), hiện mã đã giảm 77,5% thị giá.

Trước đó, tại công văn giải trình về việc giá cổ phiếu IBC tăng trần 5 phiên liên tiếp từ 29/12/2022 đến 5/1/2023, Apax Holdings cho biết, đà tăng đến từ cung cầu cùng của thị trường chứng khoán, quyết định mua bán cổ phiếu là do nhà đầu tư quyết định; phía công ty không có bất kỳ sự tác động nào đến giá giao dịch trên thị trường chứng khoán.
