Quyết định của MAS (HN:MAS) được đưa ra trong bối cảnh Phát Đạt (PDR (HM:PDR)) giảm kịch sàn phiên thứ 15 liên tiếp về còn 14.850 đồng/cp, tức mất 70% thị giá chỉ trong 1 tháng. CTCP Chứng Khoán Mirae Asset (Việt Nam) (MAS) vừa công bố thông tin về việc bán giải chấp chứng khoán của người nội bộ/người liên quan của người nội bộ CTCP Phát triển Bất động sản Phát Đạt (HOSE: PDR).

Cụ thể, theo thông báo, MAS sẽ bán giải chấp 9,8 triệu cổ phiếu PDR của ông Nguyễn Văn Đạt, Chủ tịch HĐQT Phát Đạt. Thời điểm dự kiến bán giải chấp là kể từ ngày 23/11/2022 đến khi đảm bảo đủ tỷ lệ theo quy định về giao dịch ký quỹ.

Việc bán giải chấp có thể không được thực hiện theo quyết định của MAS mà không có thông báo ra công chúng nếu giá thị trường của tài sản đảm bảo thay đổi hoặc chủ tài khoản bổ sung tài sản đảm bảo đủ tỉ lệ theo quy định về giao dịch ký quỹ;

Số lượng chứng khoán dự kiến bán giải chấp là ước tính tại thời điểm công bố thông tin, số lượng chứng khoán bán thực tế có thể ít hơn hoặc nhiều hơn do thay đổi giá thị trường làm thay đổi giá trị tài sản đảm bảo.

Quyết định trên của MAS diễn ra trong bối cảnh PDR giảm kịch sàn phiên thứ 15 liên tiếp xuống còn 14.850 đồng/cp, tức bốc hơi 70% thị giá chỉ trong 1 tháng.

Trước đó, các công ty chứng khoán như VCBS, TVSI, MBS cũng đã thông báo bán giải chấp cổ phiếu phát PDR của Chủ tịch Nguyễn Văn Đạt.

Ở một diễn biến khác, ngày 21/11, CTCP Phát triển Bất động sản Phát Đạt thông báo đã tất toán khoản vay vốn lưu động từ Mirae Asset, với giá trị 120 tỷ đồng. Đây là khoản vay được bảo đảm bằng cổ phiếu PDR. Trước đó vào ngày 25/10, Phát Đạt cũng đã tất toán 100 tỷ đồng một khoản vay tương tự cho Tập đoàn tài chính Hàn Quốc này.

Thông tin liên quan,ông Bùi Quang Anh Vũ, Thành viên HĐQT kiêm Tổng giám đốcCTCP Phát triển Bất động sản Phát Đạt (HOSE: PDR) vừa đăng ký mua 20 triệu cổ phiếu PDR với mục đích đầu tư. Giao dịch dự kiến thực hiện theo khớp lệnh hoặc thỏa thuận từ ngày 24/11 - 23/12.

Hiện, ông Vũ sở hữu hơn 3,2 triệu cổ phiếu PDR, tương ứng tỷ 0,48% vốn điều lệ. Nếu giao dịch thành công, lượng nắm giữ của ông Vũ tại PDR sẽ được nâng lên 23,2 triệu cổ phiếu, tương đương 3,45% vốn.
