Chỉ trong vòng 5 ngày ông Nguyễn Khánh Hưng bị bán giải chấp 7,7 triệu cổ phiếu LDG (HM:LDG). Ông Nguyễn Khánh Hưng, Chủ tịch HĐQT CTCP Đầu tư LDG (LDG Investment – mã chứng khoán LDG) thông báo đã bán ra 3,92 triệu cổ phiếu LDG. Giao dịch thực hiện từ 9/11 đến 11/11/2022. Sau giao dịch ông Nguyễn Khánh Hưng giảm lượng sở hữu cổ phiếu LDG từ gần 22,6 triệu đơn vị (tỷ lệ 9,41%) xuống còn hơn 18,67 triệu đơn vị (tỷ lệ 7,77%).

Ông Nguyễn Khánh Hưng ghi rõ đây là giao dịch bán giải chấp cổ phiếu LDG của công ty chứng khoán.

Trước đó chỉ 1 ngày, ngày 8/11/2022 ông Nguyễn Khánh Hưng cũng mới bị công ty chứng khoán bán giải chấp gần 3,82 triệu cổ phiếu LDG.

Như vậy chỉ trong vòng 5 ngày từ 8/11 đến 11/11/2022 ông Nguyễn Khánh Hưng đã bị bán giải chấp gần 7,74 triệu cổ phiếu – chiếm gần 30% tổng lượng cổ phiếu sở hữu trước thời điểm bị giải chấp (26,41 triệu cổ phiếu – tỷ lệ 11%).

Làn sóng bị bán giải chấp cổ phiếu đang khiến nhiều nhà đầu tư “đau đầu”. Phiên giao dịch hôm nay 11/11 cổ phiếu LDG lại tiếp tục một phiên giảm sàn, đưa giá cổ phiếu đáy 3.710 đồng/cổ phiếu. Mức giá nàu đã giamr 30% kể từ đầu tháng 11. Còn nếu tính từ đầu năm 2022 đến nay LDG đã giảm khoảng 82%.
