Trên thị trường, cổ phiếu FLC (HM:FLC) GAB là một trong những mã có mức giá cao nhất thị trường với 196.400 đồng/cp. Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (HoSE) quyết định về việc chuyển cổ phiếu GAB của CTCP Đầu tư Khai khoáng & Quản lý Tài sản FLC từ diện cảnh báo sang diện kiểm soát kể từ ngày 5/1/2023.

Nguyên nhân là do GAB không có giao dịch trong vòng 9 tháng, thuộc trường hợp chứng khoán bị kiểm soát theo quy định tại điểm i khoản 1 Điều 38 Quy chế Niêm yết và giao dịch chứng khoán niêm yết ban hành theo Quyết định số 17/QĐ-HĐTV ngày 31 tháng 03 năm 2022 của Hội đồng Thành viên Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán Việt Nam và quyết định này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký.

Trước đó, HOSE thông báo cổ phiếu GAB vào diện hạn chế giao dịch kể từ ngày 7/10/2022 theo Quyết định số 720/QĐ-SGDHCM ngày 30/09/2022 của Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, cổ phiếu GAB chỉ được giao dịch phiên chiều của ngày giao dịch theo phương thức khớp lệnh tập trung và phương thức giao dịch thỏa thuận.

Nguyên nhân là do GAB chậm nộp báo cáo tài chính soát xét bán niên năm 2022 quá 45 ngày so với thời hạn quy định, thuộc trường hợp chứng khoán bị hạn chế giao dịch theo quy định tại điểm a khoản 1 Điều 39 Quy chế Niêm yết và giao dịch chứng khoán niêm yết ban hành theo Quyết định số 17/QĐ-HĐTV ngày 31 tháng 03 năm 2022 của Hội đồng Thành viên Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán Việt Nam.

Về tình hình kết quả kinh doanh, quý 3/2022, GAB ghi nhận hơn 7 tỷ đồng doanh thu thuần, giảm 94% so với cùng kỳ năm trước; doanh thu tài chính giảm 21% xuống còn hơn 523 triệu đồng. Theo đó, GAB lỗ sau thuế 1,26 tỷ đồng trong khi quý 3/2021 lãi hơn 200 triệu.

Luỹ kế 9 tháng đầu năm, doanh thu thuần của GAB giảm 41% xuống 174 tỷ đồng và lợi nhuận âm gần 1,3 tỷ đồng. Tại thời điểm cuối quý 3/2022, tổng tài sản của GAB đạt 242 tỷ đồng, giảm 48 tỷ đồng so với đầu năm. Nợ phải trả giảm gần 50 tỷ xuống còn hơn 80 tỷ đồng, chủ yếu là nợ ngắn hạn. Vốn chủ sở hữu ghi nhận hơn 162 tỷ đồng.
